I own just about every model of MBT shoe and this is the absolute best. Incredibly comfortable, lightweight and the best looking. But there are two little issues you should be aware of. One is that these sneakers squeak a bit with every step. Not loudly but would be clearly audible if you were walking in a quiet hallway or something. I have two pair and they both squeak. The other thing is that they have a lock lace system that is easy to use and very secure. However there is a good chance that the plastic lock will break. One of mine did and frankly I don't see how more won't eventually. And there is no replacement laces available from MBT. However I did find a suitable replacement kit. It appears that this system might be outsourced from the ones used in Solomon hiking shoes. A replacement kit is available from REI and its called Salomon Kevlar Replacement Laces 2 Kit. It looks to be almost identical to the laces on the MBT.

I've owned 2 MBT's before, This by far is better and here is why:
Pros
*Lighter than older models
*Looks better
*The mesh is breathable to cool you feet, I don't wear socks and my feet are dry.
*the back side (heel) is soft
*the strap is well designed and really fast
*Price was good which is half what I paid for older models
Cons
*Not everyone is gonna like the idea of curved shoes, Do your research before buying

great product only one issue that in the left shoe the outer seam presses the bone. other then that great shoe.
